Meet our Board Members

Though OMF has been around for two decades, it has only recently been revitalized with some new members and their new energy. We are excited to have this stellar team as our board!

• President, Catherine Bailey (She/They), is a queer and genderqueer midwife in Portland, OR who is committed to supporting equity in midwifery and supporting more people of color in becoming midwives.  Catherine has been a licensed midwife in Oregon since 2014 and has a home birth practice, Unfurling Birth and Midwifery Services, where she serves a diverse population of clients.

• Secretary, Nicole Bendotoff (She/Her), is a  midwife with Flourish Wellness and Midwifery in Portland, OR. She believes everyone deserves quality healthcare with a provider they can trust, and is dedicated to fighting the inequities that currently exist in our healthcare system. She has been a licensed midwife in Oregon since 2013.

• Treasurer, Jen Holland (She/Her), is a homebirth midwife with Fig Midwifery and infant craniosacral therapist with Jen Holland Wellness in Salem, OR. She has been a licensed midwife in Oregon since 2016, and is dedicated to helping increase access to and diversity in midwifery.
