Our Current Projects

At OMF, one of our greatest hopes is that birthing people and babies get access to the care that is right for them. Research shows that care is best when it comes from a provider from your own culture. Because there is such diversity among birthing families in Oregon, OMF supports that same diversity among midwives. Our main focus right now is fundraising for a project to help support Black, Indigenous, and People of Color student midwives and midwives. Find out more about our BIPOC Grant here.
